Attractions

Hanoi has an abundance of attractions from museums to tranquil gardens. The Ho Chi  Minh Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh Museum are worth a visit to understand more about the history of the city. Military museums include the Army Museum and Air Force Museum. The Fine Art Museum displays some beautiful Vietnamese paintings. Religious sites include the One Pillar Pagoda and various temples. Along the way up Tien Son cave, you can stop anywhere and look back at the foot of the mountain are rice fields, maize fields, sugarcane dumps or a view of a the mountainous region countryside. HOW TO COME DALAT FROM HOI AN & VICE VERSA

As you known that Hoi An town is a small town, just for tourist visiting. So, No bus, no flight, no train directly to Hoi An town from other provinces. However, near Hoi An town is Da Nang city – one of Vietnam’s 05 biggest city. So, vietnam danang has the variety of transports, you can take advantage of these transportations. Nữ sinh đánh nhau như xã hội đen gây bão

Ngày 2/12, Công an quận Thanh Khê (Đà Nẵng) cho biết, cơ quan chức năng đã ra quyết định không khởi tố vụ án hình sự đối với các thanh thiếu niên liên quan đến vụ việc đánh nữ sinh chảy máu đầu rồi tung clip lên mạng.

Vì chưa đủ 16 tuổi nên các đối tượng chỉ bị xử phạt hành chính, cảnh cáo về hành vi “xâm hại đến sức khỏe người khác”.

Theo đó, L.Đ.H.A (SN 2000, trú P.Hòa Minh, Q.Liên Chiểu) được xác định là người trực tiếp cầm gậy sắt đánh em Đ.T.Q.G (SN 2001, trú quận Liên Chiểu), nạn nhân bị đánh chảy máu đầu, thương tích 2%. Tuy nhiên, tại thời điểm xảy ra vụ việc, H.A vẫn chưa đủ 16 tuổi (15 tuổi 7 tháng) nên đối tượng này chỉ bị xử phạt hành chính cảnh cáo về hành vi xâm hại đến sức khỏe của người khác.

Ngoài ra, các đối tượng liên quan còn lại có tham gia vào vụ việc nhưng với vai trò giúp sức nên không đủ cơ sở khởi tố hình sự. Vì vậy cơ quan công an quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với B.T.T.H, T.P.Đ, P.T.N.P về hành vi xâm hại sức khỏe của người khác.

Các đối tượng còn lại là N.P.T.N (thiếu nữ bị đánh), Đ.T.Q.G, H.P.N, H.N.H.Tr bị xử phạt về hành vi đánh nhau.

Đặc biệt, trong các đối tượng vi phạm có 4 nữ sinh của một trường THCS trên địa bàn Thanh Khê. Nên cơ quan chức năng đã chuyển biên bản vụ việc về trường học của các nữ sinh này để nhà trường xem xét và đưa ra hình thức kỷ luật thích đáng.

Vụ việc xảy ra như sau, tối ngày 10/11, trên các diễn đàn mạng xuất hiện một đoạn clip dài gần 4 phút quay lại cảnh một nhóm nữ sinh đang hăm dọa và dùng gậy sắt đánh 1 nữ sinh khác chảy máu đầu khiến cộng đồng vô cùng bức xúc, phẫn nộ.

Theo lời khai của các đối tượng tại cơ quan điều tra, do có mâu thuẫn từ trước nên chiều 7/11, T.N cùng Đ.T.Q.G tìm đến chỗ hẹn để “nói chuyện” với nhóm của H.Tr, H.P.N (SN 2000, trú P.Hòa Khê, Q.Thanh Khê, là học sinh lớp 9/6 trường THCS Huỳnh Thúc Kháng) và P.T.N.P (học sinh lớp 9/7, trường THCS Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, trú P.Hòa Khê, Q.Thanh Khê). Tại đây, 2 nhóm đã xảy ra đánh nhau nhưng được người dân ngăn cản kịp thời.

Sau khi xảy ra sự việc, P.T.N.P là bạn của H.Tr kể lại chuyện đánh cho L.Đ.H.A (SN 2000, trú P.Hòa Minh, Q.Liên Chiểu) nghe. Nổi máu “anh hùng” nên khoảng 14h30 ngày 9/11, H.A. nhắn tin hẹn G. ở một quán Internet trên đường Hoàng Diệu để giải quyết.

Theo lời hẹn, G. đến quán internet thì bị H.A. cùng nhóm bạn gồm P.T.N.P và B.T.T.H (nữ, SN 2000, trú P.Thạch Gián, Q.Thanh Khê) và T.P.Đ (nam, SN 1999, trú P.Hòa Minh, Liên Chiểu) chặn đánh, sau đó H.A ép nạn nhân lên xe máy, chở đến khu vực hồ sen, đường Hà Huy Tập để đánh tiếp “tăng 2”.

Đánh hai trận vẫn chưa thỏa mãn. Nhóm của H.A tiếp tục ép G. lên xe và chở đến cuối đường Cần Giuộc để dùng gậy sắt “xử” tiếp”.

Tại đây, nữ sinh G bị hành hung dã man mặc dù nạn nhân liên tục van xin. Sự việc trên chỉ dừng lại khi nạn nhân bị chảy máu đầu ướt cả áo.

Lực lượng chức năng Đà Nẵng đã lập tức vào cuộc điều tra và triệu tập các đối tượng liên quan để lấy lời khai, làm rõ vụ việc.

Cập nhật thông tin về vụ ăn chặn tiền của học sinh hà giang

Đơn khiếu kiện ghi rõ lí do như sau, căn cứ ngày 04/11/2015, đoàn kiểm tra Đảng đã đến xã Lũng Táo, trường PTCS Lũng Táo thanh tra được 2 tuần. Sau đó, Đoàn kiểm tra Đảng không thấy vào nữa và cũng không có kết luận.

Trong khi đó, lãnh đạo nhà trường tiếp tục chỉ đạo kế toán, thủ quỹ làm chứng từ giả, không cho Vừ Mí Nô - người giám sát việc ăn uống tại trường PTCS Lũng Táo từ 1/11/2013 đến 1/10/2015 ký.

Thay vào đó, trường lại cho 3 người kí thay là: Đồng chí Lưu và Tiện (xã Linh Hồ, huyện Vị Xuyên, là người nấu cơm); đồng chí Dinh Mí Phừ ký là người nấu cơm dân nuôi.

Đơn khiếu kiện ghi: “Đồng chí Giang - chủ nhiệm ủy ban kiểm tra Đảng ủy đã hỏi đồng chí Ngoan - Thủ quỹ học sinh dân nuôi, đồng chí Ngoan đã nói trước mặt đoàn là không có phiếu nhập, phiếu xuất kho, chỉ ghi vào một quyển sổ tay nhưng năm nào là vứt đi năm đó, hiện đồng chí không còn quyển nào nữa.

Nhưng nhà trường vẫn làm bản chấm cơm giả cho giáo viên chấm cơm học sinh dân nuôi ăn đầy đủ 100% để đi rút tiền từ tài chính, kho bạc về hết. Tổng số học sinh năm học 2014-2015 là 245 học sinh, ứng với 1.014.300.000 (một tỷ không trăm mười bốn triệu ba trăm nghìn đồng), trong bản chấm công lại không cho giáo viên ký, là nhà trường chỉ đạo sai.”

"Con chúng tôi đi học nhưng học sinh không ăn cơm, nhưng nhà trường vẫn chấm cho chúng nó ăn cơm đầy đủ, nhưng nhà trường không công khai cho xã và các bậc phụ huynh học sinh biết, qua đoàn kiểm tra đã làm mất uy tín của nhân dân, chúng tôi xin đề nghị 2 cơ quan cảnh sát điều tra tội phạm, giúp bà con nhân dân xã Lũng Táo điều tra thật rõ ràng”.

Ngoài ra, đơn khiếu kiện của người dân xã Lũng Táo liên quan đến trường PTCS Lũng Táo gửi lên Phòng cảnh sát điều tra tội phạm Công an tỉnh Hà Giang ghi rõ 12 vấn đề. Trong đó có một số vấn đề đáng lưu ý.

Theo điều 8 ghi trong đơn, sau đợt kiểm tra các cơ quan của tỉnh, huyện đều tặng tiền, chăn, đồ dùng học tập hiện tại đang phát dần cho học sinh theo danh sách, vì 2 năm trước, các em đã đứng ra nhận nhưng không được phát, bây giờ thanh tra thì mới phát toàn chăn cũ.

Theo điều 9, nhân dân cho biết đã photo quyển sổ của đồng chí Nô – người theo dõi việc ăn uống của học sinh trường PTCS Lũng Táo cho đoàn kiểm tra, nhưng đoàn kiểm tra lại đưa cho nhà trường làm lại chứng từ cho 2 thằng ở Vị Xuyên làm nấu cơm ký giả.

Về vấn đề làm giả chứng từ và sổ sách như trong đơn tố cáo, PV báo Người đưa tin đã liên hệ với anh Dinh Mí Phừ - 1 trong 3 người làm bếp tại trường PTCS Lũng Táo.

Trao đổi với PV, anh Phừ cho biết: “Nó không phải là quyển sổ mà chỉ là những giấy tờ liên quan đến xuất cơm của học sinh. Cách đây vài ngày, anh Ngoan có đưa giấy tờ bảo chúng tôi kí. Anh Ngoan không nói kí để làm gì, chúng tôi cũng chỉ biết kí thôi chứ không biết gì đâu. Còn tôi chưa kí là do lúc ấy tôi đang bận nấu cơm. Tôi làm ở đây được vài năm rồi, tôi cũng chỉ biết nấu cơm cho học sinh…”.
